The Advozse Hegemony have obtained a Republic battle station and are using it for acts of aggressive expansion, conquering entire star systems. I am Satele Shan, Grand Master of the Jedi Council. I coordinate with the Republic Emergency Response Corps during military crises. Voidhound How did Advozsec "obtain" our battle station? Did someone leave it unlocked with the keys inside? Meteor I've never heard of this group. What are they after? Satele Shan They're a xenophobic political faction seeking to expand. Until now, they've been a containable threat. Satele Shan Relief ships are already en route with food and medicine. Thanks to you, we know how Hammer Station survived destruction. Years ago, its autopilot was set to fly the station into a nearby star. According to the data you recovered, a mechanical failure cut the station's engines just short of its final destination. Advozsec salvagers discovered it several months ago. Meteor The salvagers towed Hammer Station back to Hegemony space and gave its government the weapon they'd always wanted. Satele Shan In the end, the responsibility lies with the Republic. We should never have built such a terrible weapon. Voidhound Didn't anyone from the Republic bother to make sure that the station was destroyed? Satele Shan The failure occurred beyond our sensor readings. Hammer Station Hammer Station Starship Space Stations was designed by the Galactic Republic Galactic Republic Organization Galaxy-Wide Organizations and was thought to have been destroyed during the Great Galactic War Great Galactic War Event Great Galactic War (3681BBY - 3653BBY) , but was instead seized by the Advozse Hegemony Advozse Hegemony Organization Planetary and Sector looking to grow their territory. During the Cold War, these Advozsec Advozse Sentient Species used the station's gravity cannon to help them gain control over neutral worlds in the Outer Rim Territories The Outer Rim Galaxy Territories . The expansion campaign eventually came to the attention of the Sith Empire Reconstitued Sith Empire Organization Galaxy-Wide Organizations and the Galactic Republic. A group of Republic operatives Republic Operatives Organization Temporary Unions were contacted by courier droid called J8R-T J8R-1 (REP-A01 Astromech Droid) Character Droids shortly after they arrived on Coruscant Coruscant Planet . The droid showed them a holomessage from Grand Master Jedi Grand Master Organization Jedi Order Satele Shan, who hinted that the Republic was facing a serious crisis, and urged them to go to the Carrick station Carrick Station Starship Space Stations to contact Master Shan from there and receive details of the mission. The operatives took a transport to the spaceport and from there traveled to Carrick Station. In the dropship launch hangar the received a message from Master Shan using secure "polaris" holofrequency of Republic Emergency Response Corps Republic Emergency Response Corps Organization Galactic Republic (GGW, CW and GW) holoterminal. Master Shan explained the background of the crisis and revealed that Hammer Station had just entered orbit above Saleucami Saleucami Planet and demanded its surrender. She asked the operatives to go the station and destroy it, providing the operatives with an assault shuttle disguised as a garbage scow Garbage Scow Starship Starship Models . The operatives traveled to Saleucami, secretly landed at the station's hangar and disembarked, only to discover a team of Imperial operatives Imperial Operatives Organization Temporary Unions who were equally surprised by the encounter. Both groups were professionals, which allowed them to discuss their goals before attacking each other. As it turned out, although their motives were different, they had the same goal - to destroy the station. Realizing that their chances of success would be much higher if they worked together - and even higher if they had not lost some of their members before the mission even began - they decided to join forces Joint Strike Team Organization Temporary Unions for the mission Bringing Down the Hammer Event Cold War (3653BBY - 3642BBY) .
